Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for any orders over USD$300 

Items will be shipped within 3-6 business days after payment is complete. Pre-order items will be shipped within 8 - 12 weeks. Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

For shipping we use reliable courier companies like Fedex & UPS to ship the products. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products that is caused by a circumstance beyond our control.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Eligible Returns:

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with tags attached within 21days of delivery.

Please email info@auroraparis.com with the reason for return or exchange. Include pictures, your order invoice, and a detailed description of the reason for return. This will help speed up the return process.
